Raised in the Piedmont of North Carolina, I grew up surrounded by nature — sparking a love for creativity and hands-on making that’s shaped my journey as a designer. With nearly five years of agency experience and over seven years of freelance work, I’ve honed my skills across multiple mediums, blending resourcefulness with artistry.

When I’m not behind a screen, you’ll likely find me hiking through the woods, making things with my hands, or using the Merlin app to find out what bird that is.

What is a visual creative?

Someone who specializes in using visual elements to communicate ideas, tell stories, or evoke emotions. They aren’t confined to a specific medium; instead, they explore various forms of expression — be it graphic design, illustration, photography, printmaking, or weaving.
